Laurent Bertaux, Managing Director
Prior to CAPS, Laurent Bertaux was PhD student at the research lab Irisa, working on the study and development of an infrastructure for assembly code optimization. Laurent is member of the Immergence Productive board, a services and consulting company he created, specialized in production process organisation.

Stéphane Bihan, Global Business Development Director
Stéphane Bihan has held several R&D positions in companies such as ARC international plc in London, Canon Research Center France, ACE compiler experts in Amsterdam and the Irisa research lab. He participated in projects such as the ones from the Medea+ European Program. His work was devoted to the development of applications for specialized processors. He graduated from the University of Rennes I.

François Bodin, Chief Technical Officer
As chief scientist, François Bodin plans, advises and advocates the research and development projects which led to the creation of innovative software tools. François carries on with its research activities at the Irisa lab, which focus in code optimization and compiler technologies for high performance computers and embedded systems. François is member of HIPEAC, the European Network of Excellence on High-Performance Embedded Architecture and Compilation. François has degrees in computer science from the university of Rennes I.

Éric Courtois, Software Development Manager
Éric Courtois has a 10 years background in code generation for high performace processors such as the Itanium2 and the Power. He has been involved in the FAME (Flexible Architecture for Multiple Environment) project. Éric graduated from the University of Rennes I.

Romain Dolbeau, Senior Consultant
Romain Dolbeau is a senior consultant in code optimizations for specialized processors. He participates in several projects like the FFmpeg video encoder/decoder he helped optimize using the PowerPC AltiVec multimedia instructions. He is also the maintainer of the pm3fb driver of the Linux kernel 2.4. Romain graduated from the prestigious ENS Cachan school and the University of Rennes I.

Laurent Morin, Senior Compiler Engineer
As a specialist in compilation techniques, Laurent Morin has been involved in several research projects in the Deutsches Electronen Synchrotron (Zeuthen, Germany) and IRISA labs, where he was a PhD student. He notably designed and developped a software infrastructure for fine grain modeling and transforming of application source code. Laurent graduated from the University of Rennes I.
