Heterogeneous multicore programming is a very dynamic research area. CAPS is involved in many R&D projects in collaboration with French and European partners. These projects set the ground for a rich ecosystem.
CAPS is also involved in standardization activity via its participation to the OpenMP Architecture Review Board (ARB) and in particular to the accelerator programming subcommittee.
CAPS is a member of the Multicore Association (MCA) and we actively participate to the multicore programming practices group. This group aims at defining industry-wide, best practices to leverage existing code in multicore environments.
